By creating an account and using Circuit Law, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

Circuit Law is a practice management SaaS platform for law firms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain one account per firm.

Subscription and Payment

Circuit Law offers monthly and annual plans with a 14-day trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Circuit Law is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may only use Circuit Law for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access attempts and resale of the service are prohibited.

Data Ownership

Your firm owns its client data. Circuit Law does not sell firm data. Circuit Law may access firm data only as necessary to provide technical support, investigate security incidents, or comply with legal obligations, and such access is logged.

Confidentiality

Circuit Law treats all firm data as confidential and does not access it except for support purposes with firm permission.

Service Availability

We use best efforts to keep the service available, but no SLA guarantee is provided at this tier.

Termination

Either party may terminate. Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Circuit Law's liability is limited to fees paid by your firm in the last 3 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we provide at least 30 days notice by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
